It’s not just about what’s on the outside, the inside matters too.

When I make a cake, I put just as much thought into what’s between the layers as I do into how it looks. I make my jams, curds, ganache’s and fillings from scratch, and my mud cakes are made with Callebaut chocolate for that extra indulgence.

These details take a bit more time, but I think they make all the difference. After all, a cake can be pretty on the outside, but it should be just as delicious when you cut into it.

These flavour combinations are available exclusively for custom cake orders. Choose one of my signature combinations below or get in touch if you have something else in mind.

If you’re ordering a long slab cake, you may be able to choose multiple flavours depending on the length and size of your cake, perfect if choosing just one feels impossible!

For multi-tier cakes, you can choose a different flavour for each tier, so there’s no need to pick just one favourite.
